Models with an integrated terrace include a dedicated outdoor platform for cooling down between sessions. Models without a terrace allocate that space to a longer interior bench, maximizing seating capacity within the same exterior footprint.
No specialized tools or contractor are required for the sauna structure itself. All wood components arrive pre-cut with a step-by-step assembly guide included. Electrical connection for the 8KW heater may require a licensed electrician depending on your local code — contact us to confirm requirements for your area.
Golden Sage Wellness accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to approved, change of mind returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged. No restocking fee charge is applicable to defective or damaged returns.
