The Finnish Sauna Builders Vassa is a 6-person outdoor barrel sauna designed for residential backyard installation. Built from chemical-free treated Northern European Spruce and supplied with an 8KW WiFi-enabled heater, it is suited for families and groups who want the maximum interior space available in the Finnish Sauna Builders lineup without a terrace.
Why This Outdoor Barrel Sauna
Longest interior in the lineup — the Vassa has an 86.61 in interior length, the largest of all four Finnish Sauna Builders models, because no space is allocated to a terrace platform.
6-person capacity on a 2-tier bench layout — bench length of 86.22 in accommodates six adults across two tiers.
Same exterior diameter as the Turku — exterior width 86.61 in and height 88.98 in are identical across the lineup, so the Vassa fits the same footprint as the Turku while delivering more interior bench space.
Chemical-free wood treatment — Northern European Spruce undergoes a treatment process that improves dimensional stability and reduces shrinking without chemical preservatives.
No-cut DIY assembly — all components arrive pre-cut; no specialized tools or contractor required for the barrel structure.
