The irradiance figure describes a manufacturer measurement, not a recommended exposure dose or session length. The 24V rating refers to the device, not the wall outlet. Follow the power adapter’s label and product instructions for electrical connections.
Use and Safety
Read the complete Elevate instruction manual and all precautions before setup and use. Sessions must not exceed 30 minutes. Allow at least 30 minutes for the unit to cool after a session; do not conduct back-to-back sessions. Keep the power adapter and controller uncovered so they can cool properly. Separately, the manual advises spacing individual use sessions 5–6 hours apart.
Excessive light intensity may irritate skin. Follow the manual’s intensity instructions and stop use if you feel uncomfortable or experience irritation. Do not assume that higher intensity or longer sessions are better.
The manual lists warnings concerning malignant skin cancers, recent burns, hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, eye disease and light sensitivity, and advises against abdominal use during pregnancy. Care and Storage

Warranty
Includes a two-year limited manufacturer warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects from the date the product was originally received. HEALiX has confirmed coverage for purchases through Golden Sage Wellness. The warranty provides up to two replacements during that period; additional replacements are reviewed case by case. Commercial use qualifies for a 12-month warranty.
